Mirvac Group (ASX: MGR) has appointed Kit Georgeos as Chief Executive Officer, Funds Management, with her tenure taking effect on 6 October 2026.

In her new capacity, Ms Georgeos will oversee Mirvac’s funds management division, taking charge of wholesale investment vehicles, capital partnerships and institutional investor relations. She joins the firm’s Executive Leadership Team and reports directly to Campbell Hanan, Group CEO and Managing Director.

Ms Georgeos brings over two decades of industry experience across real estate investment, funds management and capital markets. Before joining Mirvac, she worked in senior roles at AMP, The GPT Group and Macquarie Group.

She joined Mirvac in 2023 as Fund Manager for the Mirvac Wholesale Office Fund (MWOF). Mirvac is currently progressing plans to choose a new Fund Manager for MWOF as Ms Georgeos steps up into her new division-wide leadership responsibility.

Mr Hanan said Ms Georgeos’ appointment reflected the strength of Mirvac’s talent pipeline and the continued growth of its funds management platform.
