AEW Europe has acquired a 26,677 square metre urban retail park within Granada's Granaita Retail Park in southern Spain. Comprising five buildings with 26 units across retail and leisure spaces, the near-fully occupied scheme benefits from direct access to the GR-30 ring road. Future investment will add solar panels and EV chargers to complement its BREEAM In-Use "Excellent" gallery area.
