Ajdan Real Estate Development Company has revealed "Khobar Pier," a SAR 5.6 billion coastal development along the Arabian Gulf. Unveiled during the launch of Ashraq Development Company under the patronage of HRH Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the project spans 671,000 square metres. It features residential units, hotel rooms, and commercial retail space designed to enhance local tourism and support Saudi Vision 2030 goals.
