Logistics real estate specialist ESR has expanded its partnership with Mitsubishi Estate Asia through a new joint venture in Western Sydney. Construction is slated to begin later this year, delivering up to 114,005 square metres of modern warehousing space to address exceptionally low vacancy rates in the region.
