Ambrose has broken ground on Building II at Columbus Logistics Park – West in West Jefferson, Ohio. The speculative 1,067,000-square-foot industrial facility features a 40-foot clear height, 110 dock doors and LEED Silver targets. Situated 20 miles from Downtown Columbus, the site connects directly to Interstate 70, with space open for fixturing in summer 2027 ahead of autumn completion.
