The Social Hub has submitted planning proposals for a £200 million hybrid hospitality and community scheme on the former Fountain Brewery site in Fountainbridge, Edinburgh. The B Corp-certified developer plans to deliver a 580-bed facility spanning hotel, student and extended-stay accommodation. The development will also feature co-working space for 300 desks, public social venues, and a canal-side square, generating an estimated £15.5 million for the local economy.
