AEW Capital Management has secured land in Charlotte, North Carolina, for ANOVA The Pearl, a 20-story luxury residential tower. Developed alongside GMH Communities and Wexford Science & Technology, the mixed-use scheme features 382 residential units and ground-floor retail within the city's growing innovation precinct. Scheduled for completion in Summer 2028, the project includes affordable housing and high-end resident amenities.
