Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel has earned a Guinness World Records title by creating a 101.15-metre mango sticky rice dish. Produced during the World Gourmet Festival 2026, the traditional Thai dessert was assembled by Michelin-starred guest chefs and the hotel's culinary team. Following the achievement, the entire creation was donated to Scholars of Sustenance Thailand for redistribution to local communities in need.
