Frasers Property has named Tony Lombardo as its incoming Group Chief Operating Officer. Starting in October 2026, the former Lendlease chief will oversee investment strategy and capital deployment from Singapore. The appointment aims to streamline operations across international markets including the UK and Australia. Mr Lombardo brings three decades of experience to the role and will work closely with the Group CEO to drive long term value.
Lone Wolf Technologies has named Matt Fischer as its new CEO to lead a fresh push into AI-driven real estate software. JLL has named Mouhammad Takieddin as the new Regional Head and CEO for the Middle East and Africa. Based in Riyadh, Takieddin brings 25 years of experience from Procter & Gamble to lead JLL’s expansion into high-growth sectors including data centres and AI-driven facilities management. This strategic move strengthens the firm's leadership alongside existing regional heads while deepening its established ties with Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund.
Dubai has announced a landmark AED100 billion expansion of the Dubai International Financial Centre, known as the DIFC Zabeel District. The project will double the capacity of the current financial hub to accommodate over 42,000 companies and 125,000 employees by 2040. Spanning 17.7 million square feet, the development includes a major focus on AI and future technologies, alongside residential and educational facilities.
2Life Communities has announced a formal leadership transition as Lizbeth Heyer prepares to take over as CEO this October. Heyer, the current President, was unanimously approved by the board to succeed Amy Schectman following a decade of service to the organisation. The change concludes a 15-year era of expansion that saw the provider's portfolio double in size.
