Scheduled for 2027, the 261-room hotel will feature the brand’s signature 'Chambers' and residential-style suites. The project forms a central part of a new 470,000 square foot Entertainment District designed to revitalise the city’s downtown core.
DMCC has launched One Uptown Place and Two Uptown Place, a twin-tower commercial development in its Uptown Dubai district. The project will provide 560,000 square feet of Grade A office space and 82,000 square feet of retail area.
