Philippine property giant Megaworld is expanding its hospitality arm, aiming for nearly 12,000 hotel rooms by 2032. The rollout covers key locations such as Palawan and Ilocos Norte alongside major urban hubs. To support this growth, the firm established Megaworld Global Hotels and Resorts, splitting management into two specialised groups. The strategic restructuring follows strong financial momentum, driven by rising revenues and new regional hotel openings.
