Scheduled for completion in 2027, the hub will occupy part of Lake D and include essential medical services and rooftop sports facilities.
Sun Group has officially broken ground on a massive 5-star "hotel city" in Phu Quoc to prepare for the APEC 2027 Summit. Located within the Amaya master plan, the project includes luxury residences, Grade-A offices and a private central park. Architectural firm RMJM has presented its latest mixed-use project in Riyadh’s Al Qairawan district. The development is characterised by a contemporary interpretation of Salmani design principles, using textured façades and vertical fins to manage the local climate. By breaking the massing into a collection of varied volumes, the design incorporates green terraces and shaded pedestrian colonnades at street level.
Indian state owned developer NBCC has entered the Dubai real estate market through a new subsidiary, marking its first major international project. The company has purchased land in Dubai Mainland for AED 16 million to build a ten storey mixed-use tower. This project is expected to bring in up to AED 60 million in revenue. The move builds on NBCC’s previous work in the region and its successful track record of delivering thousands of homes in India.
