The National Housing Bank, part of Homes England, has committed up to £70 million to the Fiera Real Estate Single Family Housing (FRESH) fund. Formed by Fiera Real Estate UK and Packaged Living, the vehicle has reached £200 million in capacity, aiming for a £1 billion portfolio. The initiative uses public and institutional capital to increase single-family rental homes in supply-constrained areas.
