The Anambra State Government is moving ahead with its ambitious low-cost housing initiative after resolving last-minute bureaucratic and contractual issues. The scheme aims to construct 10,000 affordable homes for civil servants and low-income households in the Isiagu area of Awka South Local Government. The project, which has been approved by Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo, will be executed via a Public–Private Partnership (PPP) arrangement with real estate developers.
Amazon Web Services (AWS) announced that Thai developer Sansiri Public Company Limited has completed a successful large-scale deployment of generative artificial intelligence (Gen AI). The project is Thailand's first extensive use of Gen AI in the real estate sector. AWS reports that the cloud-based solutions have delivered measurable results for Sansiri, accelerating customer response times by 30 per cent and improving satisfaction scores by 25 per cent.

Founded in 2013, PropertyMe is the largest property management software provider in the region, used by over 6,000 agencies to manage approximately 1.9 million rental properties and transact nearly $40 billion annually. The investment will support PropertyMe’s continued growth, focusing on product innovation, AI features like AiMe, and potential geographic expansion.
