Vingroup Corporation has announced the master plan for the Hung Vuong International Sports Complex in southern Hanoi. Spanning over 400 hectares inside the Hanoi International Sports City, the development features the 135,000-seat VinFast - Trong Dong Stadium. Designed to host global events such as the Olympic Games and FIFA World Cup, the site will integrate elite competition venues, extensive training grounds and public leisure facilities.
SURJ Sports Investment, a company owned by Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund, has launched a new joint venture called radia alongside Live Nation and Oak View Group. Manchester United has announced the location for its proposed 100,000-seater stadium, situated 350 metres from Old Trafford. The venue forms the centrepiece of the Trafford Wharfside masterplan, a 150-hectare regeneration project backed by Trafford Council and regional authorities. The project aims to create 48,000 jobs and 15,000 homes, delivering a projected £7.3 billion annual boost to the UK economy.
