Hanoi officials and developer Sun Group have broken ground on a nearly 186,000 billion VND urban renovation project covering 447 hectares in Vinh Hung ward. The scheme aims to reshape the capital's central area through sustainable green development, integrating transit-oriented infrastructure, Sponge City flood management, and public parks to create a modern 15-minute city layout.
