DMCC has signed Waitrose as the first retail anchor tenant for Uptown Place, a new commercial development in Uptown Dubai. Operated by Spinneys, the 5,000 square foot store will offer a targeted convenience concept featuring a food-to-go deli and everyday essentials. The addition aims to serve residents, workers and visitors ahead of the commercial project's scheduled opening in Q1 2028.
