UAE-based master developer Arada has secured its first Australian planning approval from the NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure. The decision permits construction of London Place, a 33-floor residential tower in Campsie, Sydney. The AED560 million project is the first of five developments planned by Arada in Sydney’s Inner Southwest, delivering 156 apartments alongside extensive community amenities by late 2029.
