Property developer RAK Properties is set to expand the hospitality line-up at its Mina waterfront destination during the fourth quarter of the year.

The company, which is publicly listed on the ADX, will introduce three new restaurant concepts: tashas, Hunter & Barrel, and Antonia. The upcoming launches follow the earlier arrivals of Bar Du Port Beach and Ladurée in 2026.

These additions align with the developer’s strategy to move beyond residential projects by adding social and economic infrastructure to the site.

South African café brand tashas is preparing to open its first Ras Al Khaimah outlet on the Mina beachfront in Q4. The venue will feature a relaxed design alongside its Classic menu and a bespoke Mediterranean Inspired By menu.

Australian steakhouse Hunter & Barrel will also launch on Hayat Island during the fourth quarter. Its interior design references the emirate’s historic Dhayah Fort using warm terracotta tones and natural materials.

Homegrown Italian concept Antonia will open its sixth location at the Mina waterfront in December. Founded in Abu Dhabi in 2021, the brand offers Roman-style dishes inspired by Chef Simone Federici’s grandmother.

Mina already features two major resort properties. The 351-key InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Resort and Spa operates Saffar, Levant & Nar, and NoHo Bar & Grill. Meanwhile, the 174-key Anantara Mina Hotel & Resort offers dining options at Mekong, Sea Breeze, and Beach House.
