Enterprise AI firm Aiello has announced the integration and official certification of its conversational tools with Shiji Infrasys POS. The technical link connects the Aiello Call Agent, Aiello Voice Assistant (AVA) and GuestWeb solutions straight to hotel point-of-sale platforms.
The system allows hotel guests to view menus, request dish recommendations and place food orders through voice or text across various channels. Once confirmed, order details transfer automatically into Infrasys POS, eliminating manual entry for hotel staff.
The technology is already delivering measurable commercial returns across several Asian hotel properties. At Holiday Inn & Suites Saigon Airport, GuestWeb processes over 450 food and beverage orders monthly, producing approximately US$8,400 in additional monthly revenue within 60 days of launch. Crowne Plaza Changi Airport also linked Aiello Call Agent to its food ordering workflow in September 2026.
Using data from over 200 million guest interactions, Aiello’s algorithms detect purchasing trends across different times of day and service scenarios. When a guest asks for food recommendations, the system uses configured menu details to suggest suitable items and guide the buyer through payment.
Simon Le Touze, Senior Director of Partnerships at Shiji Group, said: “Infrasys POS serves as a critical link between guest demand, service workflows and food and beverage operations. Through our collaboration with Aiello, guest dining requests can flow directly from AI-powered interactions into operational order workflows. This extends the role of AI beyond the guest-facing experience and into day-to-day hotel operations. It also expands how Infrasys POS can support hotels in building more automated, personalized and commercially valuable service models.”
Vic Shen, Founder and CEO of Aiello, said: “AI should do more than improve the guest experience, it should create measurable operational and commercial value for hotels. Our integration with Infrasys POS represents an important step in building a more connected AI hospitality ecosystem. By linking guest conversations across multiple touchpoints directly with F&B systems, we are moving AI from simply understanding intent to executing service, helping hotels improve operational efficiency while creating more opportunities for dining conversion and revenue growth.”
