KORA Properties, the real estate development arm of APPCORP Holding, has launched IL VENTO, a luxury apartment development in Dubai Maritime City. The new waterfront tower, an architectural icon, is positioned within the emerging hub for cruise and leisure tourism in Dubai.

IL VENTO, which translates to ‘The Wind’ in Italian, draws its design inspiration from the fluid movement and free spirit of waterfront living. The 40-floor tower is intended to embody timeless elegance and modern sophistication. It will offer residents a world-class waterfront lifestyle. The central location provides seamless access to the city, being just 15 minutes away from Dubai International Airport, Dubai Mall and other key attractions. Residents are promised the perfect blend of serene coastal beauty and urban convenience.

The development will house 330 apartments. The mix includes 182 one-bedroom apartments, 93 two-bedroom apartments, 51 three-bedroom apartments and four expansive three-bedroom penthouses. Each penthouse will feature added amenities, including a private swimming pool.

The payment plan requires buyers to pay only 40 per cent of the price during construction and 60 per cent on handover.
