Indian developer Signature Global has confirmed a strategic tie-up with the Italian lifestyle giant Tonino Lamborghini. The two firms will collaborate on a landmark housing development in Sector 71, Gurugram. This project introduces the first Tonino Lamborghini branded residences to the Indian market, focusing on luxury design and craftsmanship.

The development covers roughly 12.40 acres and includes 812 luxury units. Buyers can choose from 3, 4, and 4.5 BHK layouts. Positioned on the Southern Peripheral Road, the site sits within one of the fastest-growing property corridors in the region.

The move comes as the branded residences sector see significant growth. Savills India reports that the number of such schemes is expected to rise from 764 in late 2024 to 910 by the end of 2025. This represents a 19 per cent yearly increase. India currently ranks sixth globally in this sector, providing nearly 4 per cent of the world’s supply according to Knight Frank’s Wealth Report. Gurugram remains a key leader in this space due to rising wealth and a demand for high-end, service-led living.

Angela Krieger, the Creative Director for Tonino Lamborghini Total Living, will oversee the design direction. This includes the architectural style and key facilities. Residents will have access to a curated clubhouse featuring a restaurant, café, gym, and spa. The plans also include a swimming pool, yoga areas, and a gaming arcade. The building facade and reception lobby will reflect the brand’s distinct Italian heritage.
