Aimbridge Hospitality, the world’s largest third-party hotel management company, has announced the addition of the voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive Resort by IHG to its expanding All-Inclusive Division. The division was launched in August 2025. Located in Port St. Lucie on Florida’s Treasure Coast, the 335-key resort is the first United States property to join Aimbridge’s all-inclusive portfolio.
Owned by Sandpiper Bay Resort Holdings, LLC, which is led by Feenix Venture Partners and Ghost Tree Partners, the voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive Resort is undergoing a significant $50 million capital improvement plan. The property is transitioning to IHG Hotels & Resorts’ voco hotels brand. This premium brand is one of IHG’s fastest-growing and is known for combining big-brand assurance with individual property charm and informality. The initial phase of the renovation is due for completion in early 2026, ahead of the spring break and summer travel season.
Craig S. Smith, Chief Executive Officer of Aimbridge Hospitality, commented on the new addition, stating: “Adding the voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive Resort highlights the value of Aimbridge’s differentiated platform and guest-centric approach in the all-inclusive segment. This exceptionally well-located destination along Florida’s Treasure Coast is poised to benefit from a thoughtfully executed capital improvement plan, refreshed branding, and strong consumer demand for experience-driven all-inclusive resorts. We are confident we will deliver the high standards of performance and guest satisfaction that owners expect.”
The voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive Resort is the brand’s first all-inclusive property to open in the Americas. It will be a family-friendly, sports-forward resort focusing on food, play, and its scenic riverfront setting. The all-inclusive package covers meals, drinks, activities, and daily programmes, offering guests simplicity and value.
The renovation includes refreshed guest rooms and suites, alongside an enhanced food and beverage programme with over six new concepts. These will include the Riverside Market with live action stations, a sports bar, a pool bar, two container-based culinary options and various specialty restaurants. Aimbridge’s Taste & Theory group is supporting the dining experience.
The resort will also feature an expanded recreational offering. This includes an arcade, an activities centre, a fitness centre with Peloton and Life Fitness equipment, and water sports. Guests will be able to enjoy pickleball, tennis, and soccer provided by RPS Academy, a premier sports academy located next to the resort. Major upgrades also include multiple pools and expanded conference and meeting areas.
Keith Lee, Managing Member, Sandpiper Bay Resort Holdings LLC, said: “Our vision for voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive Resort is to create a premier all-inclusive destination in the U.S. that sets a new standard for guest experiences. Partnering with voco hotels and Aimbridge gives us the brand distinction and operational expertise to deliver on that vision, combining the ease and convenience of all-inclusive with upscale amenities and service that drive performance and loyalty for years to come.”
The resort is positioned 45 minutes north of Palm Beach, making it a convenient option for both corporate and leisure travellers. It offers over 18,000 square feet of indoor meeting space, plus outdoor function areas, including a ballroom for up to 360 guests.
