DigiCo Infrastructure REIT has appointed Michael Juniper as its new Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Digital Infrastructure. Juniper, who previously helped scale AirTrunk into a leading Asia-Pacific hyperscale platform, is expected to accelerate DigiCo’s data centre expansion to meet surging demand for cloud and AI services. H&R REIT has entered agreements to sell retail and office properties across Canada and the United States in transactions totalling $1.5 billion.
