Frasers Property Limited has announced the appointment of veteran executive Tony Lombardo as its new Group Chief Operating Officer. The Singapore-based property giant confirmed that Mr Lombardo will officially take up the post on 1 October 2026. Reporting directly to the Group Chief Executive Officer, he will move to Singapore to oversee the firm’s diverse international portfolio.

The move is designed to improve capital execution and better integrate the various arms of the business. Mr Lombardo will be responsible for leading Group Investments and Frasers Property Capital. His remit includes driving synergies across the company and ensuring disciplined investment strategies. He will also support the GCEO on global initiatives and large scale transactions to improve the scalability of the platform.

A significant part of his role involves coordinating the major markets of the Group. This includes the UK and Australia branches as well as the industrial and logistics sectors. Mr Lombardo joins from Lendlease where he served as Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director. His career spans nearly 30 years with previous senior roles at GE Capital and KPMG.

Mr Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi, Group Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Property, commented, “We are delighted to welcome Tony to Frasers Property. He brings deep global experience across our sector and the key markets in which we operate. Tony’s leadership and expertise across strategy, finance, investments and capital management and operations will strengthen our leadership team and accelerate the execution of our strategic priorities. His appointment will further enhance our execution capability, sharpen capital execution discipline and support the Group’s continued growth across markets.”

In response to his appointment, Mr Tony Lombardo said, “I am honoured to join Frasers Property and look forward to working closely with Panote and the executive leadership team. Frasers Property has built a strong, diversified portfolio, underpinned by a clear strategy and long-term growth ambitions. I am excited to contribute to the next phase of the Group’s strategic transformation by strengthening execution, deepening collaboration and unlocking sustainable value across the business. Throughout my career, I have been motivated by the opportunity to build organisations that endure. I see a strong alignment with Frasers Property’s values, its focus on long-term partnerships and its commitment to creating places that matter to people. The opportunity to do this with a leading real estate group with a strong regional and global presence is compelling.”
