MERED has launched Riviera Residences Phase 2, introducing 404 luxury units on Al Reem Island within Abu Dhabi Global Market. Designed by Herzog & de Meuron, the expansion includes 389 apartments, eight Bay Villas, six Sky Villas and a penthouse. Featuring 7,000 square metres of landscaped grounds and resort-style amenities, the project follows completed enabling works on Phase 1 ahead of a scheduled Q3 2029 completion.
