Skanska has agreed to sell TingsParken, a self-developed 128-unit rental residential project in the GoCo area of Mölndal, Gothenburg, to the Folksam Group through KPA Pension for about SEK 380 million. The scheme covers over 7,700 square metres across three buildings and targets Miljöbyggnad Silver certification. Recorded in Q4 2026, final handover will take place upon completion in Q1 2029.
