Brookfield Asset Management and CPP Investments have completed their $5.2 billion all-cash takeover of LXP Industrial Trust. The deal values LXP at $61.20 per share in cash, resulting in its delisting from the New York Stock Exchange. LXP's portfolio of 107 industrial properties across 52 million square feet in the Sunbelt and Midwest will now be integrated into Brookfield's global logistics platform.
