Nakheel has awarded an AED 800 million main construction contract to Metac General Contracting Co for Phases 1 and 3 of Bay Grove Residences on Dubai Islands. The package covers 537 homes across seven buildings, with completion targeted for late 2028. The development is part of the broader Dubai Islands master plan, which will feature 1,154 properties across 15 buildings upon completion.
