DHG Properties has reached a major operational milestone in the UAE real estate market after securing the official Building Completion Certificate (BCC) for Helvetia Residences. Situated in the popular Jumeirah Village Circle district, the project represents the firm’s first completed residential scheme in the country and introduces its flagship Helvetia brand to the region.

The development rises across 25 floors and encompasses a total built-up area exceeding 73,000 square metres. It houses 430 individual properties, offering a selection of studios along with one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments.

Construction of the full superstructure was finished in 12 months, with the entire scheme handed over within a strict two-year window. At the peak of activity on site, the coordinated build programme brought together more than 1,100 engineers, technicians and construction staff.

The internal specifications integrate home automation systems alongside high-specification materials selected to boost structural longevity and resident comfort. Designed around modern urban living, the scheme features a variety of shared leisure facilities, including a Technogym fitness centre, a resort-style swimming pool, a padel court, a dedicated jogging track and landscaped communal gardens. Facilities for families include outdoor play zones for children.

“Helvetia Residences is the physical expression of what DHG stands for. From the outset, our ambition was to demonstrate that Swiss quality is not defined by geography, but by the development expertise, delivery discipline and attention to detail applied at every stage of construction. Completing our first development in the UAE is therefore much more than a construction milestone – it is the beginning of a long-term commitment to the market and the first chapter in the Helvetia brand’s journey across the region.” Blagoje Antic, Chairman, CEO and Founder of DHG Group

The completion signals the start of the group’s broader expansion strategy across the regional property market, leveraging advanced engineering practices and disciplined site management.
