Marjan and the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) have marked the topping-out of RAK Central Square, keeping the mixed-use development on target for a Q4 2027 completion. Following the sell-out of all 26 masterplan plots, the project brings together workplaces, homes, retail and leisure amenities to support the Emirate's economic growth.
