ESR has named Roy Teo as Head of Southeast Asia, with his appointment taking effect in January 2027. Operating out of Singapore, Teo will direct regional strategy across asset management, property operations and development. Bringing over 25 years of industry experience from SB Asset & Investment Management, SB REIT Management and Ascendas Fund Management, he joins ESR's Executive Leadership team to drive regional expansion.
