The Governor of the Eastern Region, HRH Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, has officially launched Al Khobar Downtown. Developed by Public Investment Fund subsidiary Saudi Downtown, the waterfront development covers 829,000 square metres. It features over 4,000 residential units, 500 hotel rooms, commercial space, retail and green areas designed to boost local investment, tourism and economic growth across the region.
