The Dallas City Plan Commission has approved a major zoning change request for Therme Group’s proposed wellbeing resort along the Trinity River. Positioned near the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, the project aims to generate hundreds of jobs, boost local tax revenues, and bridge South Dallas with the city’s downtown district. The plan now moves to the Dallas City Council for final review this autumn.
