IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed Hotel Indigo London – Kingston, scheduled to open in 2027 in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. Owned by Westcombe Group through its Acre Hotels Collection, the 90-key property will be created as part of an adaptive reuse project converting the former Kingston Bridge House student accommodation into a mixed-use development featuring the hotel alongside 22 private residences.
