Real estate developer Aldar has announced that Saadiyat Grove, a new experiential luxury retail and fine dining development in Abu Dhabi’s Saadiyat Cultural District, will open in the fourth quarter of 2026.
Situated between the Zayed National Museum, Guggenheim Abu Dhabi and Louvre Abu Dhabi, the destination links key cultural sites across a one-square-mile district that also features the Natural History Museum Abu Dhabi and teamLab Phenomena Abu Dhabi.

The development will house over 100 global brands and 20 new-to-region concepts. Flagship retail names include Audemars Piguet, Brunello Cucinelli, BVLGARI, Cartier, Chaumet, Dior, FENDI, James Perse, Loewe, Louis Vuitton, Tiffany & Co, Valentino and Van Cleef & Arpels. Interactive concepts include a world-first Tiara experience by Chaumet, a FENDI space with a private cinema, Loewe’s first regional Personalisation Bar, and Japanese culture shop BEAMS making its UAE debut.
Dining facilities include Abu Dhabi’s first Time Out Market with 16 kitchens, alongside Alain Ducasse Café, Monsieur Paul, Kokoro Handroll Bar and Momofuku. Nearby residential dining options at Louvre Residences Abu Dhabi feature Alica Deli, Barrafina, Gymkhana, Le Palais, Magma and Zephyr.
In addition to retail, the mixed-use project provides 25,000 square metres of Grade A office space across four buildings, a 2,200 square metre executive club and the 7,000 square metre Saadiyat Forum venue. Wellness elements include a longevity clinic and a 2,000 square metre gym operated by London brand BXR, backed by Anthony Joshua. Residential elements feature over 1,000 homes across communities such as Louvre Abu Dhabi Residences, Baccarat Residences Saadiyat and The Arthouse, joining existing district amenities including Cranleigh Abu Dhabi by Aldar, NYU Abu Dhabi, Berklee Abu Dhabi, Soul Beach and Saadiyat Beach Golf Club.
