Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort has unveiled details of five new culinary concepts that will debut when the property reopens in January 2027 following a comprehensive resort-wide revamp.
The food and beverage overhaul forms part of a wider transformation covering all 474 guest rooms, wellness areas, dining venues and meeting spaces at the Gulf Coast property in Naples, Florida. Chef Asif Syed, an established Florida chef and restaurateur, has been appointed as Director of Culinary to oversee the resort’s refreshed dining programme.
The incoming lineup features five distinct outlets. Spoonbill will operate as a lobby-level café and marketplace offering house-made pastries, salads, fresh juices, coffee and evening desserts. Solfina Bar and Terrace will serve as the main lobby social space, featuring indoor-outdoor seating and a Mediterranean-inspired menu of Neapolitan pizzas, crudos, shareable plates and classic cocktails.
Vicolo Social Club and Trattoria will introduce modern Italian dining centred around house-made pastas, a dedicated steak programme and tableside service. On the pool deck, Cocoplum Pool Bar will supply light poolside dishes, burgers and frozen drinks. Finally, Flipside Beach Bar will provide a fast-casual venue near Clam Pass Beach, serving smash burgers, fries and canned cocktails.
Gary Sims, vice president and managing director, Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort, said:
“Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort is undergoing an exciting transformation, with a reimagined culinary program designed to bring people together through moments of connection, discovery and celebration. Each of these five concepts pairs its own personality and culinary point of view with a distinct sense of place, creating new ways for our guests and the local community to gather, connect and celebrate the spirit of Naples. We can’t wait to bring each concept to life, alongside the signature hospitality of Signia Hilton, when we reopen in January.”
