ROSHN Group has taken further steps to widen its network of construction, infrastructure, and technology partners after signing a series of agreements and MOUs on the final day of Cityscape Global 2025. The new commitments are geared towards supporting the Group’s extensive development pipeline and advancing its approach to sustainable community building across the Kingdom.
A major part of the final-day activity centred on two land sale agreements within the ALAROUS community in Jeddah. These deals, signed with Abyatona and Sateaa Al Tameer, carry a combined value of SAR 115.9 million. The plots, covering around 19,351 square metres, have been designated for residential apartment buildings and mixed-use developments, contributing to the ongoing expansion of ALAROUS.
ROSHN Group also confirmed several agreements with suppliers and sub-developers aimed at strengthening delivery across multiple projects. These include an agreement with TK Elevator Saudi Arabia for the supply of locally manufactured elevators and escalators, and a contract with Building Construction Company to build more than 700 multi-family apartments within SEDRA Residence. In addition, Saudi Emar Construction and Development Company has been appointed for project execution across several developments, including an international private educational facility.
Alongside these construction-focused announcements, the Group renewed its home finance agreement with Sakani, providing enhanced access to preferential funding rates for first-time buyers seeking homes within ROSHN projects.
ROSHN Group also signed an MOU with Geberit International, the Swiss sanitary ware manufacturer. The agreement aims to introduce new sanitary solutions across ROSHN developments to help improve water efficiency, aligning with the Group’s sustainability goals.
The partnerships concluded at Cityscape Global 2025 highlight ROSHN Group’s continued effort to work with leading domestic and international partners. By combining global expertise with local capabilities, the Group intends to strengthen the delivery of its integrated communities and broaden access to high-quality, sustainable destinations in line with national development priorities.
