Plans for a massive new golf and residential hub in Riyadh have been finalised by Dar Al Arkan and Dar Global in partnership with The Trump Organization. The project, known as the Trump International Golf Club, Wadi Safar, is set to be built on a 2.6 million square metre site just outside the capital.

This development is the first to be revealed following a joint announcement in December 2024 regarding two new branded projects for the region. The site will include a gated community, an 18-hole championship golf course, and a luxury hotel. It is situated within the Wadi Safar masterplan, which is currently being managed by the Diriyah Company as part of the wider Vision 2030 initiative.

The project is designed to incorporate the natural wadis and scenery of the area into its architectural layout. By integrating world-class amenities with the cultural roots of the Kingdom, the partners aim to create a flagship destination for international visitors.
