The Real Brokerage Inc. and RE/MAX Holdings, Inc. have officially finalised their business combination, bringing both entities together under the corporate name Real REMAX Group Inc.

Following the transaction, trading of Real’s common shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market and RE/MAX Holdings’ Class A Common Stock on the New York Stock Exchange stopped at the close of the market session today. Starting tomorrow, August 25, 2026, the unified entity will trade on the Nasdaq using the ticker symbol “REAX”.

The corporate combination was executed in line with the established Arrangement Agreement and Plan of Merger. Former Real investors were subject to a 10-for-1 share consolidation before receiving one share of common stock in Real REMAX Group for every individual Real share owned.

Meanwhile, former RE/MAX Holdings stockholders received consideration based on individual elections, subject to specific proration mechanics set out in the Merger Agreement. Shareholders received either 0.515 shares of common stock in Real REMAX Group or a split consideration comprising roughly $4.33 in cash along with approximately 0.3535 shares of common stock in the new firm for each Class A share held.
