Commercial property specialist Transwestern has finalised the acquisition of Forte Real Estate Partners to grow its corporate footprint in the US Midwest. The corporate takeover brings 12 specialist tenant advisors into Transwestern's regional office in Minneapolis, alongside a commercial property portfolio spanning nearly 1 million square feet. Forte has overseen more than $885 million in transactions since its formation five years ago.
