Archer Aviation (NYSE: ACHR) has completed the first phase of its acquisition of control over Hawthorne Airport, a key Los Angeles aviation asset. This initial step involves the acquisition of the master lease and associated subleases, giving the company control of the airport's real estate. DigiCo Infrastructure REIT has appointed Michael Juniper as its new Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Digital Infrastructure. Amazon Web Services (AWS) announced that Thai developer Sansiri Public Company Limited has completed a successful large-scale deployment of generative artificial intelligence (Gen AI). The project is Thailand's first extensive use of Gen AI in the real estate sector. AWS reports that the cloud-based solutions have delivered measurable results for Sansiri, accelerating customer response times by 30 per cent and improving satisfaction scores by 25 per cent.
EQT, through its BPEA Mid-Market Growth Partnership, has agreed to become the majority investor in PropertyMe, a leading Australian and New Zealand cloud-based PropTech platform. Founded in 2013, PropertyMe is the largest property management software provider in the region, used by over 6,000 agencies to manage approximately 1.9 million rental properties and transact nearly $40 billion annually. The investment will support PropertyMe’s continued growth, focusing on product innovation, AI features like AiMe, and potential geographic expansion.
