Niam Real Estate has agreed to acquire a residential development project in Skogås from Bonava. The scheme features two eight-storey buildings comprising 109 rental apartments and 5,400 square metres of lettable area alongside parking facilities. Structured as a forward funding agreement, construction will begin in early 2027, with completion targeted for the fourth quarter of 2028.
