Golden Land Development has announced its first residential venture, Naseem compound, located in the Green Revolution area of Sheikh Zayed. The EGP 5 billion project features a low-density design with only 27% building coverage across 8.5 feddans. Offering units from one to four bedrooms, the development is positioned near the Grand Egyptian Museum and Sphinx International Airport. With payment plans extending up to ten years, the project marks a significant expansion for the developer into Egypt’s luxury residential market.
Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG) has officially opened “The Village”, a new commercial and entertainment district at its Celia project in the New Administrative Capital. The facility features a Carrefour hypermarket and a “Kids Station”, alongside a variety of mixed-use services. Located in the heart of the Green River area, the hub includes medical centres, cinemas, and an open-air theatre.
Karma Urban Development has officially launched its first project in New Cairo, KAVI, a mixed-use development comprising commercial, administrative, and medical spaces. The company marked its entry into the Egyptian market by signing three cooperation protocols with leading engineering consultancy firms for the project’s execution and management.
Elsewedy Industrial Development has signed a major agreement with Kunming Chuanjinnuo Chemical Co. (CJN) to build a phosphate chemical industries complex in Egypt. The project will be located in Sokhna 360 and involves a total investment of nearly USD 1 billion. It aims to produce fertilisers, specialty chemicals and electric vehicle battery materials. The initiative is expected to create 10,000 jobs and position Egypt as a regional hub for new energy materials.
Town Writers, a leading Egyptian property developer, has formed a strategic alliance with Attaby for Construction and Industry, a major subsidiary of Attaby Holding, to enhance its ability to deliver projects effectively. This collaboration will see Town Writers inject construction investments worth EGP 5.1 billion over the next two years. The Notion residential project in New Cairo is listed as one of the first developments under this new strong engineering alliance.
Egypt has signed a significant investment partnership with Qatar’s sovereign wealth fund arm, Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company. The deal will see the development of an integrated urban tourism project on the Mediterranean coast in the Alam El Roum area. The total investment is estimated at more than USD 29.7 billion. The project spans 4,900 acres and 7.2 kilometers of coastline, and aims to transform the area into a world-class destination. It will include high-end residential complexes, luxury resorts with over 4,500 hotel rooms, and a new marina. The agreement includes an initial cash payment of USD 3.5 billion to Egypt. Prime Minister Dr Mostafa Madbouly emphasised that the deal reflects the strong fraternal relations and investment cooperation between Egypt and Qatar.
