The floating-rate debt covers 864 Class A units across the Austin and San Antonio areas. Provided by Benefit Street Partners, the interest-only facility features an initial three-year term with extension options to support the portfolio through full property stabilisation.
Greystone has arranged $105.8 million in Freddie Mac refinancing for two multifamily residential communities in El Cajon, California. The loan package covers 476 apartment units across Colonnade at Fletcher Hills and Forest Park at Fletcher Hills. The deal was secured on behalf of borrower Bridge Investment Group, with debt financing efforts led by Spencer Dunlop alongside correspondent bank BMO.

Commercial real estate finance firm Greystone has named industry veteran Nicholas M. Gesue as Chief Operating Officer. Based in New York, Mr Gesue brings 25 years of platform-building experience to oversee the company's daily lending, servicing and asset management divisions. He joins following senior executive roles at NewPoint Real Estate Capital, ORIX Real Estate Capital and Lument Capital.
