Bridgepoint has agreed to buy US investment platform Kayne Anderson Real Estate for an upfront enterprise value of $1.393 billion. The deal adds real estate as a fifth investment vertical for the mid-market investor, expanding its total assets under management to approximately $117 billion. The transaction is expected to close at the end of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals.
Hines has acquired the 317,000 square foot Heathrow Logistics Park from Blackstone on behalf of its European Core Fund. Located near the main cargo gate of Heathrow Airport, the fully leased asset spans 15.4 acres and expands the European logistics platform of the investment firm beyond its previous €5 billion baseline.

ICG Real Estate has issued a £152 million loan to Arada London for a new residential scheme in Swiss Cottage. The project at 100 Avenue Road features a 25-storey tower with 172 private units and a second block providing 79 social rented homes. Construction is underway on the 0.93-acre site. The development includes luxury amenities and retail units with a scheduled completion date of autumn 2028.
IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed long-term franchise agreements to add 11 hotels across Germany, Belgium and France. The deal will bring more than 1,800 rooms to the group’s Holiday Inn, voco and Garner brands. These properties, currently operating under the PentaHotels name, are expected to join the IHG system by the first half of 2027 following their conversion.
A major redevelopment of 75 London Wall is set to begin in the City of London following the appointment of Multiplex as the main contractor. The £250 million contract was awarded by joint venture partners Gamuda Berhad and Castleforge this month. The project will transform the existing site into a £1.2 billion office scheme covering over 450,000sq ft.
