ROSHN Group and Cognita Middle East have announced a major new King’s College Riyadh campus in the SEDRA community. This project is ROSHN’s largest private education development to date. Spanning 36,300 m², the facility will offer a British-international curriculum for students from pre-school to secondary levels. The partnership aims to provide world-class schooling and high-end sports facilities, supporting the growth of one of Riyadh’s fastest-growing residential neighborhoods.
Hard Rock International has unveiled plans for an $850 million hotel, casino and residential complex in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Slated to open in 2029, the project features 415 rooms and 186 branded residences. The development aims to combine luxury hospitality with the island's vibrant music culture, offering a recording studio and event spaces. Construction will begin in mid-2026, creating over 3,500 total jobs for the local economy.
Dubai International Financial Centre has launched The Residences, its first housing project in the new Zabeel District. Located in Phase A, the development features two towers with 463 luxury units. Public sales for the luxury apartments and penthouses open on 12 February 2026.
Egis has been named the project management consultant for the final stage of Phase 1 at Kuwait's Mubarak Al-Kabeer Port. Dubai has announced a landmark AED100 billion expansion of the Dubai International Financial Centre, known as the DIFC Zabeel District. The project will double the capacity of the current financial hub to accommodate over 42,000 companies and 125,000 employees by 2040. Spanning 17.7 million square feet, the development includes a major focus on AI and future technologies, alongside residential and educational facilities.
Sun Group has officially broken ground on a massive 5-star "hotel city" in Phu Quoc to prepare for the APEC 2027 Summit. The developer intends to finish the project in just 18 months, adding 12,000 rooms and serviced apartments to the island. This development includes 15 beachfront hotels and a major shopping centre managed by Lotte. International brands such as Marriott, Hilton and Accor are all signed on to manage the new luxury sites.
