Megaworld is expanding its regional office portfolio by constructing three new developments in Bulacan, Bacolod and Davao. These projects will introduce over 51,000 square meters of gross leasable space into the market. The expansion targets rising demand outside Metro Manila, with a strong focus on sustainable, LEED-certified buildings situated inside the developer's integrated township communities.
Global-Estate Resorts, Inc. (GERI), a subsidiary of Megaworld, is set to turn over P11 billion worth of projects this year. The deliveries include residential units and commercial lots across several provinces in the Philippines, including Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal and Aklan. This move follows sustained demand for integrated tourism and leisure townships located outside Metro Manila as buyers seek a blend of nature and modern convenience.
Megaworld has announced plans to develop a signature Beach Club within its 84-hectare Ilocandia Coastown in Laoag City. The facility will be situated along a 1.4-kilometer coastline and draws inspiration from Singapore’s Sentosa Island. This new development follows the commercial success of the township’s residential village and aims to establish a premier lifestyle hub in the Ilocos Region.
