Comstock Holding Companies has agreed to acquire The Ascher, a Class A 672-unit residential development in Uptown Charlotte, North Carolina. Expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, the deal marks Comstock’s first multifamily purchase in the state and the third under its Institutional Venture Platform. The transaction includes plans for refurbishment to position the twin-tower property alongside newer regional residential developments.
