TransLink has broken ground on its first real estate scheme, a 31-storey mixed-use tower at West Broadway and Arbutus in Vancouver. Developed alongside PCI Developments, the project features 256 rental homes, retail space, and community facilities directly opposite the upcoming Arbutus Station. The scheme marks a new funding model for TransLink, generating long-term non-taxation revenue to reinvest directly into the regional transit network.
